A simple thought could ruin my day.
Whenever I’m quiet, it’s probably because my mind is elsewhere. I’m usually thinking extremely hard about something in particular or I’m just day-dreaming in general. I can be one of the loudest people you know, or the quietest.
I need to start living healthier. Eating healthier foods, and get back into shape. I’m going to start jogging, going a gym and take yoga at lease one a week.
